Mason County courthouse evacuated for bomb threat

The Mason County courthouse in Shelton and the surrounding area were evacuated for a bomb threat. The Sheriff’s Office reported the incident about 10:30 a.m. Thursday.  It did not say how the threat was received, but a bomb squad was called in.
